Early mental development of children growing up out from their own families

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na děti, o které je pečováno v kojeneckých ústavech a následně dětských domovech pro děti do tří let. Teoretická část uvádí do problematiky ústavního prostředí. Porovnává naplňování potřeb dětí v tomto prostředí s péčí v rodině. Praktická část popisuje angažovanost ?tet? kojeneckého ústavu při přesunu dětí z jejich zařízení do dětského domova pro děti do tří let. Výzkumným šetřením bylo zjištěno, že děti nejsou na přesun ze zařízení příliš připravovány. A také to, že minulost dítěte nebývá příliš zachovávána. V závěru své práce jsem proto uvedla jistá doporučení, která mohou děti na přesun lépe připravovat a do praxe poskytla ?Deníček dítěte?, jako nenákladný způsob, jak minulost dítěte uchovat

Abstract:

The bachelor project is focused on children who are cared for in infantile institutes and consequently in children´s homes for children under the age of three. The theoretical part presents the issue of institutional environment. It compares fulfillment of children´s needs in this environment to the family care. The practical part describes the ?aunts´?involvement in infantile institutes during the children´s transfer from their facilities to the children´s home for children under the age of three. The investigation has shown that the children are not being prepared for the transfer very well. Also, the child´s past is not usually retained. In the conclusion I bring out some recommendations which can help prepare children better for the transfer and for practice I offer ?Child´s Diary? as an inexpensive way to retain the child´s past
