Předmětem předložené bakalářské práce je navrhnout vhodnou formu vstupu podniku ACER WOODWAY, s.r.o. na rakouský trh. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část představuje modely internacionalizace, formy vstupu podniku na zahraniční trh a analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí podniku.
