Tato bakalářská práce se v teoretické části věnuje prevenci kriminality dětí a mládeže a formám výchov v rodině ve vztahu k možnému páchání kriminality. Theoretical part of this bachelor´s thesis deals with the prevention of juvenilie crime and education in family forms in relation to the possible commission of crime. It is aimed at juvenile crime in relation to domestic violence. The empirical part describes the minimum preventive program of a particular school.
