Cílem práce je identifikovat produkt apartmán a jeho potenciál v porovnání s hotelovým průmyslem v rámci nabídky ubytování v Praze. Objevuje se zde nový termín, a to "servisovaný apartmán". The aim of the thesis is to identify an apartment product and its potential in comparison to the hotel industry within Prague market of accommodation.
