Tato absolventská práce popisuje současnou úlohu funkce řízení lidských zdrojů. Práce ukazuje, že řízení lidských zdrojů hraje významnou roli při vytváření dlouhodobě udržitelné konkurenční výhody podniků.
Abstract:
This graduate thesis describes the current role of the human resource management function. The thesis demonstrates that human resourse management plays a significant role in creating long-term sustainable competitive anvantage for businesses.
