Analysis of corporate learning in the company LASVIT

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze podnikového vzdělávání ve společnosti Lasvit. Jejím cílem je navrhnout doporučení ke zlepšení vzdělávacího systému zaměstnanců. Teoretická část shrnuje teoretický základ problematiky vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců. Dále obsahuje moderní trendy v tomto odvětví. Praktická část obsahuje představení firmy, popis současného nastavení systému podnikového vzdělávání a kvantitativní průzkum hodnocení podnikového vzdělávání ze strany zaměstnanců. V závěru jsou shrnutí provedených analýz a formulovaná doporučení ke zlepšení podnikového vzdělávání.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is devoted to the analysis of corporate learning at the company Lasvit. Its objective is to suggest recommendations to improve the employee training system. The theoretical part summarizes the theoretical foundation of employee training and development issues. It also includes modern trends in this field. The practical part includes an introduction of the company, a description of the current setup of the corporate learning system, and a quantitative survey of employee evaluation of corporate learning. In conclusion, the analyses are summarized and recommendations for improving corporate training are formulated.
