Study of physical properties of undercooled melts in Se-Te system
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá viskozitním chováním podchlazených chalkogenidových tavenin sklotvorného systémemu Se ? Te, definicí viskozity, její závislostí na teplotě a hlavně různými metodami měření viskozity. Experimentální část je zaměřena na přípravu vzorku o konkrétním složení Se70Te30 a měření jeho viskozitního chování pomocí penetrační metody na termomechanickém analyzátoru TMA CX03R.
Abstract:
The main subject of bachelor thesis is the viscosity behavior of chalcogenide undercooled liquids of Se ? Te system. The definition of viscosity, the dependence of viscosity on temperature and different methods of viscosity measurements are discussed. The experimental part is aimed at the preparation of Se70Te30 glass and measurements of viscosity behavior of this glassforming liquid by penetration …more
