The Importance of the Development of Parental Competencies in Reception Center

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá rodičovskými kompetencemi bývalých uživatelek azylového domu. V diplomové práci se tudíž zaměřujeme na matky s dětmi, které si zajistily samostatné bydlení po odchodu z azylového domu. Je rozdělena na dvě části a to teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části definujeme současnou rodinu a její funkce s uceleným přehledem rodičovských kompetencí. Následně objasňujeme pomoc ve vztahu k rodinám při řešení sociálně nepříznivé situace se ztrátou bydlení a návratem do běžného života. V empirické části je výzkumným záměrem zjistit, jaké jsou rodičovské kompetence uživatelek azylového domu po jejich odchodu do běžného života pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with parental competencies of former shelter users. In my diploma thesis, therefore, we focus on mothers with children who have ensured themselves independent housing after leaving the shelter. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and empirical. In the theoretical part we define a present family and its functions with a comprehensive overview of parental competencies. Further we explain the help in relation to families in solving a socially unfavorable situation with the loss of housing and a return to everyday life. In the empirical part, the research purpose is to find out what the parental competencies of the shelter users are after their departure to a common life, with the help of qualitative research.
