Decision on the new warehouse for the reverse logistics enterprise
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá rozhodováním zavedeného podniku reverzní logistiky o případném vybudování nového skladu na základě optimalizace zejména dopravních a provozních nákladů. Jedná se o podnik, který se zabývá výkupem, svozem, skladováním a úpravou odpadních minerálních olejů od zákazníků, a to za účelem jejich dalšího prodeje své mateřské společnosti.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the choices of a working reverse logistics business and about the prospect of building a new warehouse on the base of mainly optimizing operation and transportation expenditures. It is about a business which focuses on repurchasing, collecting and treatment of mineral oil waste from customers, in the pursuit of its resale to its parent company.
