Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje především zásadám územního rozvoje, jednomu z nástrojů územního plánování. Ve stručnosti seznamuje s územním plánováním jako celkem, s ostatními nástroji územního plánování a správními orgány, které v této problematice vystupují.
