Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zaměstnanecké benefity, jejich přínos pro zaměstnance, zaměstnavatele a společnost. Přináší nám pohled na rozdělení a užitečnost benefitů, napomáhá nám osvojit si, jaké benefity patří k nejvýhodnějším, jak z daňového, tak ze sociálně-kulturního hlediska.
