Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo komplexně zhodnotit využívaný CRM systém společnosti. Jako první byla metodou strukturovaného pozorování posouzena jeho vhodnost pro daný podnik v porovnání s konkurencí. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že využívaný CRM systém je pro společnost vhodný. Dále byly kvalitativní formou spočívající v dotazování, posouzeny workshopy zaškolování nových kolegů pro práci s daným CRM systémem. Zde byla využila metoda dotazování a rozhovoru. Dotazníkem bylo osloveno 32 respondentů, kteří pracují v dané společnosti na Juniorské pozici, tedy kteří právě prochází samotným zaškolováním se CRM systémem. Výzkumem bylo zjištěno, že pouze s 18,8 % oslovených respondentů probíral manažer na zaškolovacích workshopech Osobní analýzu i práci v CRM systému. Dále bylo byly odhaleny 3 oblasti, které způsobují nováčkům při workshopech největší potíže. Na základě těchto zjištění byla navržena osnova zaškolovacích workshopů, která je nově rozšířena i o oblast práce se CRM systémem a problémovým oblastem na pochopení byla přidána vyšší časová dotace workshopu.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis was to comprehensively evaluate the CRM system used by the company. First, the structured observation method was used to assess its suitability for the company in comparison with competitors. The research shows that the CRM system used is suitable for the company. Next, the workshops for training new colleagues to work with the CRM system were assessed in a qualitative form consisting of interviews. Here the method of questioning and interview was used. 32 respondents who work in the company in a junior position, who are currently undergoing actual training with the CRM system, were approached by questionnaire. The research found that only 18.8 % of the respondents were discussed by the manager in the training workshops about Personal Analysis and working with the CRM system. Furthermore, the 3 areas that cause the most difficulty for newcomers during the workshops were revealed. Based on these findings, the training workshop curriculum was redesigned to include the area of working with the CRM system, and the problem areas to understand were given more workshop time.
