Abstract:

Abstrakt V bakalářské práci bude řešena problematika etiky v podnikání. Zpracovávání představuje významný přínos v současných i budoucích aktivitách firem. Při zhotovování vybraného tématu se shromažďují a analyzují dostupné informace o etice v podnikání. Jedná se o řešení problémů současné etiky v podnikání a rozdílů malých a velkých organizací. Na základě posouzení, zhodnocení, analýzy získaných podkladů o vybraných problémech a jejich konfrontace s teoretickými, dosud známými dokumenty, bude cílem bakalářské práce zjistit rozdíly mezi velkými a malými závody. Poté navrhnout doporučení pro uplatňování etiky v malých firmách.

Abstract:

Abstract This thesis tries to solve the issue of ethics in bussines, which represents an important contribution to current and also future activities of companies. It gathers and analyses available information about the ethics in bussines and tries to solve problems in current ethics and differences in perception of ethics in small and big companies. The goal of this thesis is to consider, evaluate and analyse acquired data about chosen ethic problems and their comparison with theoretical and well-known documents. On the grounds of these comparisons, this thesis tries to find out differences between small and big companies and then suggests recommendation for using ethics in small businesses.
