Abstract:

Abstrakt Hmotná a nehmotná stimulace pracovníků Agrocentrum Lainka s.r.o. Úkolem mé bakalářské práce je zjistit hodnocení pracovníků a jejich motivaci, stimulaci ve společnosti s ručením omezeným. V teoretické části své práce se zabývám pojmem stimulace a její význam pro motivaci člověka v práci. Co je to motivace a stimulace. Dále popisuji základní prostředky stimulace, které v podniku působí např. hmotná zainteresovanost pracovníků, pracovní hodnocení, pracovní podmínky, účast na řízení a jednání řídícího pracovníka. V závěru se věnuji motivačním účinkům mzdy a řídící praxi a stimulaci. Ke splnění stanovených cílů jsme zvolila metodu dotazování, techniku anonymních dotazníků, kterými byly zjišťovány rizikové faktory v podniku a spokojenost zaměstnanců. Průzkumu se zúčastnili všichni zaměstnanci na pobočce v Prachaticích. Pro průzkum byly stanoveny a ověřovány tři předpokládané hypotézy. Hypotéza 1: Pracovníci dávají přednost motivačnímu účinku mzdy před jinými prostředky. Tato hypotéza byla verifikována. Hypotéza 2: Spokojenost s nadřízeným pracovníkem. Tato hypotéza byla verifikována. Hypotéza 3: Nadřízený pracovník nemotivuje dostatečně své podřízené. Tato hypotéza byla verifikována. Výsledky mé bakalářské práce mohou být využity pro jiné firmy, které mají problémy v komunikaci mezi nadřízeným a podřízeným.

Abstract:

Abstract Material and non-material motivation of Agrocentrum Lainka s.r.o. staff My bachelor thesis focuses on assessment, motivation and incentives of the staff within the limited liability company. In the theoretical part of my thesis I have been dealing with the term ´incentive´ as such and its meaning to workforce, presenting explanation of motivation and incentives. Furthermore I have described basic tools used as incentives in the given business, like remuneration linked to performance, performance assessment, working conditions, participation in management and the way a manager behaves himself. The final part of my thesis deals with the impact the salary has on staff motivation, applied management and incentives. In order to meet the defined objectives of my thesis I chose a questioning method based on anonymous questionnaires drawn to find out the risk factors in the business and employee satisfaction. All employees of the branch company located in Prachatice took part in the survey. There have been three hypotheses considered and verified by the survey. Hypothesis 1: Employees prefer motivation impact of the salary to other means. This hypothesis got verified. Hypothesis 2: Satisfaction of staff with line managers. This hypothesis got verified. Hypothesis 3: Line managers do not offer sufficient incentives to their subordinated employees. This hypothesis got verified. Those businesses facing troubles with communication between line managers and subordinated staff can benefit from results of my bachelor thesis.
