V této bakalářské práci se nejdříve věnuji zákaznické spokojenosti, proč by měla být pro firmy, nejen banky, důležitá, a jakými způsoby se dá měřit. Dále přecházím na specifika bankovního trhu, základní charakteristiky tohoto trhu, z pohledu banky i zákazníka, a jeho současné trendy. The beginning of this Bachelor’s thesis is about customer satisfaction, reasons why it is important for all companies, not just for banks and how it is possible to measure it.
