Abstract:
Tato práce uvádí definici úřední osoby jako takové, četnost a výčet trestných činů Policistů v posledních letech, jejich sankciování a jejich definici v zákoně. Dále obsahuje statistiky a konkrétní případy trestných činů spáchaných v řadách Policie České republiky. Praktická část poté dopodrobna zkoumá názory a důvody, které by mohli k trestné činnosti policii vést

This work gives the definition of an official as such, the frequency and the list of crimes of Police officers in recent years, their sanctioning and their definition in law. It also contains statistics and specific cases of crimes committed in the ranks of the Police of the Czech Republic.
