Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou sociálního klimatu na pracovišti. Cílem je zpracování teoretických východisek dané tematiky a provedení vlastního šetření v reálných společnostech v návaznosti na teoretický základ. The Bachelor's Thesis deals with the social climate in the workplace. The goal is to process the theoretical base of the topic and make own inquiry in real companies following the theoretical basis. The practical part consists of determining hypotheses and their subsequent evaluation using survey results.
