Specifics of banking sector regulation
Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení systému regulace a dohledu nad bankovním sektorem v České republice, včetně specifik obsahující regulatorní koncept kapitálové přiměřenosti BASEL III. V diplomové práci budou také vymezeny základní právní předpisy týkající se dané problematiky jak na národní úrovni, tak i na evropské úrovni.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the system of regulation and supervision of the banking sector, including the specifics containing the regulatory concept of BASEL III capital adequacy. The diploma thesis will also define the basic legal regulations related to the given issue - both national and European regulations.
