Diplomová práce se zabývá postavením Evropské úmluvy pro lidská práva, judikatury Evropského soudu pro lidská práva v českém právním řádu a teorie mezisoudního dialogu. The thesis is concerned with the position of the European Convention on Human Rights and the position of the ECtHR judgements in the Czech legal system and judicial dialogue.
