Social policy at the regional level

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá dostupností bydlení z pohledu koncepční politiky veřejné správy. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní pojmy související se sociální politikou na regionální úrovni z oblasti dostupného bydlení a bytové politiky v České republice. Praktická část na základě dotazníkového šetření zjišťuje, jak domácnosti vnímají dostupnost bydlení a jejich pohled na řešení dostupnosti bydlení ze strany státu a znalost koncepce dostupného bydlení statutárního města Pardubic. Součástí šetření bylo také zjistit aktuální bytovou situaci domácností a jejich preference v oblasti bydlení.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the availability of housing from the point of view of conceptual policy of the public administration. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to social policy at regional level in the field of affordable housing and housing policy in the Czech Republic. The practical part, based on the questionnaire survey, determines how households perceive the availability of housing and their view of the solution of housing availability by the state and knowledge of the concept of affordable housing of the statutory city of Pardubice. The survey also included an investigation into the current housing situation of households and their housing preferences.
