Introduction of WOM Communication tools for a new product on the market

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá Word of Mouth komunikací a její aplikací do praxe pro novou službu na trhu. V teoretické části popisuje teoretické východiska týkající se charakteristiky služeb, marketingu služeb a jako stěžení část je charakterizována Word of Mouth komunikace na základě zahraniční literatury. V analytické části je popsána společnost DietHomeMenu, se kterou na své diplomové práci spolupracuji. Na základě situační analýzy je zjištěn aktuální stav firmy, analyzována konkurence a provedena SWOT analýza. Další část analytické části je věnován současnému stavu marketingových komunikací společnosti a také zjištění aktuální trendů, týkající se zdravého stravování. V projektové části bude na základě teoretických a následně analyzovaných skutečností popsán aktuální stav společnosti a navržena Word of Mouth komunikace, která bude vyu-žitelná v praxi k zavedení nového produktu na trh.

Abstract:

This thesis describes the Word of Mouth Communications and its application in practice for the new service on the market. The theoretical part describes theoretical background concerning the characteristics services, marketing of services and as the main part is char-acterized Word of Mouth Communications on the basis of foreign literature. The analytical part is described DietHomeMenu with which its thesis cooperates. Based on the situational analysis identified the current state of the company, analyzed competitors and realised a SWOT analysis. The next part is concerning about current state of marketing communications and the identification of current trends related of healthy heating. In the project part will be evaluate contemporary status of the company and devised ac-ceptable Word of Mouth Communication on the based on theoretical and analytical part of the thesis.
