The identification of customer’s needs, requirements and expectations for customer relationship management
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou identifikace potřeb, přání a očekávání zákazníka a propojeností s řízením vztahů se zákazníky. Práce má dva cíle. Prvním cílem je posouzení spokojenosti zákazníků vybraného hotelu s celkovým ubytováním a nabídkou služeb. Druhým cílem je vytvoření návrhů a doporučení ke zvýšení celkové spokojenosti zákazníků.
