The importance of supervision from the point of view of social workers and social service workers in social service facilities

Abstract:

Cíl této diplomové práce zahrnuje deskripci a analýzu významu a přínosu supervize z perspektivy sociálních pracovníků a pracovníků v sociálních službách ve vybraných zařízeních sociálních služeb. Teoretická část práce vymezuje pojem supervize, její funkce, formy a cíle, včetně legislativního ukotvení v oblasti sociálních služeb. Dále představuje proces supervize, problematiku syndromu vyhoření v pomáhajících profesích, sociální služby, profesi sociálního pracovníka a pracovníka v sociálních službách. Praktická část práce předkládá výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu, k získání potřebných dat je využit polostrukturovaný rozhovor.

Abstract:

The thesis aims to describe and analyze the meaning and benefit of supervision from the perspective of social workers and workers in social services in selected social service facilities. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the concept of supervision, its functions, forms, and goals, including legislative anchoring in the social services field. It also presents the process of supervision, the issue of burnout syndrome in helping professions, social services, the profession of a social worker, and a worker in social services. The practical part of the thesis presents the results of qualitative research, a semi-structured interview is used to obtain the necessary data.
