Predkladaná diplomová práca je zameraná na analýzu poskytnutia hypotekárneho úveru pre klienta. Hypotekárny úver je dlhodobým úverom, ktorý je určený na investície do nehnuteľnosti. V súčasnosti predstavuje jeden zo zdrojov financovania bývania. Práca je rozdelená do troch kapitol.
