Possibility of Project Method in Primary Education

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou a využitím projektové metody na 1.st. základní školy. V teoretickém oddílu je zprvu popsána stručná historie vzniku projektové metody. Rovněž jsou definovány výchozí pojmy projekt, projektová metoda a projektové vyučování. Výzkumná část se věnuje vnímání pojmu projekt a zkušenosti s realizací projektů na 1. stupni základních škol, které jsou doplněny o názory učitelů. Taktéž je práce zaměřena na role učitele a chování žáků při realizaci projektu.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the problematics and the use of the project method at the primary school. In the theoretical section the brief history of the origin of the project method is described first.The initial concepts of the project, project method and project teaching are also defined. The research part is dedicated to the perception of the concept of the project and the experience with the realization of the project at the primary school that are added by the teachers´ opinions. The thesis is concentrated as well on the teacher´s role and the behaviour of the pupils during the realization of the project.
