Abstract:

Dizertační práce se zabývá úlohou nevládních neziskových organizací v procesu integrace imigrantů. Cílem práce je identifikovat silné a slabé stránky integrace cizinců. Kvalitativní výzkum byl prováděn mezi imigranty, které lze považovat za integrované, představiteli státní správy a samosprávy a nevládními neziskovými organizacemi. Práce se dále snaží odpovědět na otázku, jak se nevládní neziskové organizace liší svým přístupem od státní správy a samosprávy. Na závěr jsou formulována doporučení ke zlepšení zjištěného stavu.

Abstract:

The dissertation deals with the role of NGOs in the process of integration of immigrants. The goal of this work is to identify strengths and weaknesses of the integration of immigrants. Qualitative research was conducted among immigrants, which can be considered integrated, civil service and local government representatives and NGOs. The work also seeks to answer the question of how NGOs in its approach differs from state and local government. The conclusion and recommendations to improve the existing situation are formulated in the end.
