Bakalářská práce se zabývá motivací a osobním rozvojem, jaký mají vliv na jedince v podniku. Teoretická část charakterizuje motivaci, typy motivace a nakonec v této části zaměřené na motivaci poukáže na spojitost mezi motivací, výkonem a spokojeností pracovníků v podniku.
