Abstract:
Cílem práce bylo zanalyzovat dosavadní aktivity společnosti CEE logistics a.s. a navrhnout obchodní doporzčení k dosažení stabilního růstu. Teoretická část se sosutředila na základy tvorby firemních strategií. Jednotlivé postupy a některé druhy strategií a jejich segmentace. Dále byl popsán system CRM a marketing mix. The aim of the work was to analyze the current activities of CEE logistics a.s. and to design a business strategy to achieve steady growth. The theoretical part was based on the creation of company strategies. Individual practices, some types of strategies and their segmentation were mentioned.
