Individuals with physical disabilities and their integration in work process

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce nese název Jedinci s tělesným postižením a jejich integrace do pracovního procesu. Hlavním cílem je zjistit obtíže a úskalí tělesně postižených lidí při hledání práce a při jejich integraci do pracovního procesu. Práce je členěna do čtyř hlavních kapitol. První kapitola je věnována terminologii tělesného postižení, která se týká dané problematiky. Druhá kapitola se zabývá výchovou a vzděláváním žáků s tělesným postižením, dále rozebírá podmínky integrace žáků s tělesným postižením, specifika edukace žáků s tělesným postižením a legislativu. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na problematiku integrace jedinců s tělesným postižením do pracovního procesu. Cílem praktické části je představit prostřednictvím čtyř vybraných kazuistik příklady procesu začleňování jedinců s tělesným postižením do pracovního procesu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is called integration of individuals with physical disabilities into work process. The main objective of this thesis is to identify the difficulties and pitfalls of disabled people in search of work and their integration into the work process. Thesis is divided into four main chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the terminology of physical disability, which relates to the issue, there appear terms such as physical disability, classification of physical defects, congenital and acquired physical disability. The second chapter deals with the education of students with disabilities, as well as conditions for integration of pupils with physical disabilities, the specifics of education of pupils with physical disabilities and legislation. The third chapter is focused on the integration of people with disabilities into the work process. Goal of practical part is to introduce through four case studies examples of process of integrating individuals with disabilities into the work process.
