Abstract:
Problematika intenzity zatížení je v dnešní době nedílnou součástí většiny sportů na profesionální úrovni. Důležitý je vztah mezi intenzitou zatížení a utkáním, díky kterému může dojít k optimalizaci sportovního tréninku za účelem zlepšení fyzické připravenosti hráčů. The problematics of the load intesity is nowadays integral part of most profesionalsports. Important is relation between load intensity and match. Porpose is optimalization of sport trainig and optimal physical preparation. One of the main and available indicators of load is heart rate.
