The understanding of learning electronic text

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena především na porozumění elektronickému učebnímu textu. Po důkladné textové analýze testů, jež byly použity jako metoda výzkumu, autorka dosáhla výsledků, které ukazují, že práce s elektronickým učebním textem při výuce je reálná. Žáky učební text na počítači motivuje, dokáží s hypertextem pracovat a porozumět mu. Z výsledků práce je také patrné, že učební hypertext podporuje spíše nežádoucí povrchový přístup k učení. Je proto důležité, aby si pedagog práci s hypertextem důkladně připravil a doplnil ho o další instrukce, které žáka povedou k hloubkovému přístupu k učení. V takovém případě může být využití elektronického učebního textu ve výuce efektivní a přínosné.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused especially on electronic learning text comprehension. Thanks to a thorough text analysis of tests, which was used as a research method, the author achieved results showing that work with electronic learning text in teaching is real. The text on a computer motivates pupils, they are able to work with hypertext and comprehend it. Based on the results of this work is also clear that learning hypertext supports rather undesirable exterior approach towards learning. Therefore, it is really necessary for a teacher to prepare the hypertext work thoroughly and complete it with other instructions, which would lead a pupil to an in-depth learning approach. In such case, there using the electronic learning text in teaching could be very effective and efficient.
