Economic and Social Functions of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises
Abstract:
Smyslem mé práce je nejen přehledně popsat vývoj malého a středního podnikání po roce 1989, ale i nalézt konkrétní východiska pro vznik a fungování těchto podniků v prostředí neustálých legislativních a ekonomických změn, ovlivněných vstupem ČR do Evropské unie a nástupem ekonomické krize. Podrobně bych se chtěl věnovat novému konceptu sociálního podnikání v ČR.

The purpose of my work is not only to describe the development of small and medium-sized businesses since 1989, but also to find a specific point of departure for the creation and functioning of these enterprises in an environment of constant legislative and economic changes affected by the entry of the Czech Republick into the European Union and the onset of the economic crisis.
