Social activation services for seniors and people with disabilities in the Ústí nad Labem region

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je tematicky orientována na analýzu funkčnosti a efektivnosti sociálně aktivizačních služeb pro seniory a osoby se zdravotním postižením na Ústecku. V práci jsou charakterizovány sociálně aktivizační služby a možné dopady jejich nefunkčnosti. Pozornost bude také věnována službám, které svým obsahem zasahují do těchto služeb, jsou směrované motivačními programy v oblasti hledání pracovního uplatnění, v sebepoznávání a odstraňování obav ze sociálních situací, a kterými můžeme sociálně aktivizační služby nahradit, pokud nejsou v konkrétním regionu dostupné. Dále se práce zaměřuje na cílové skupiny, pro koho jsou přesně určeny a jaká jsou specifika práce s nimi. V praktické části se práce věnuje výsledkům dotazníku cíleného na klienty služeb, rodinné příslušníky a odborné pracovníky ve službách, jak jsou v našem kraji funkční a zda plní to co mají, tedy jejich efektivitě. A případné využití služeb navazujících. V závěru práce se zaměříme na možná doporučení pro zlepšení celkového chodu a funkčnosti daných služeb. A na doporučení vhodných pro případné poskytovatele nově registrující tyto služby.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is thematically focused on the analysis of the functionality and effectiveness of social activation services for seniors and people with disabilities in the Ústí nad Labem region. The thesis is characterized by social activation services and possible impacts of their non-functionality. Attention will also be paid to services that interfere with these services by their content, are directed by motivational programs in the field of job search, self-knowledge and elimination of fears of social situations, and by which we can replace social activation services if they are not available in a particular region. Furthermore, the thesis focuses on target groups, for whom they are exactly intended and what are the specifics of working with them. In the practical part, the thesis deals with the results of a questionnaire aimed at service clients, family members and professional workers in services, how they are functional in our region and whether they fulfill what they have, their effectiveness. And the possible use of follow-up services. At the end of the thesis, we will focus on possible recommendations for improving the overall operation and functionality of the services. And on recommendations suitable for potential providers newly registering these services.
