Work HR managers and the role of employees in the company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce má název Práce personálních manažerů a úloha zaměstnanců ve společnosti. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rozvojem personalistiky a změnami v kvalitě řízení lidského faktoru. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a aplikační. Teoretická část se věnuje vývoji lidských zdrojů a jeho aktivitám. Vysvětluje, jak se od sebe liší řízení lidských zdrojů a personální řízení. Dále se věnuje rozvoji lidského potenciálu a úloze personálních manažerů v rozvoji personálního řízení. Aplikační část, tedy druhá část diplomové práce, vysvětluje personální řízení v konkrétní firmě. A vymezuje jak zaměstnanci reagují na stále častější personální změny ve vedení v konkrétní firmě. Součástí je i vlastní šetření. Toto šetření by mělo zjistit, jak zaměstnanci reagují na personální změny ve vedení a jak jsou spokojeni se svým zaměstnáním.

Abstract:

The thesis work is called HR managers and the role of employees in the company. This thesis deals with the development of human re-sources and management changes in the quality of the human factor. The work consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the development of human resources and its activities. Explains how are different human resources management and personnel management and is dedicated to the development of human potential and the role of HR managers in the development of personnel management. The application part, a second part of the thesis ex-plains the personnel management in a particular company. A defines how employees react to increasingly frequent personnel changes in leadership in a particular company. It also includes its own survey. This investigation should determine how workers respond to changes in personnel management and how they are satisfied with their jobs.
