Attitudes of teachers assistant from primary school and practical school to inclusive education.

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem Postoj asistentů pedagoga základní školy a základní školy praktické k inkluzivnímu vzdělávání se obecně orientuje na zjištění postoje asistentů pedagoga vůči tomuto modernímu typu vzdělávání. V teoretické části práce se zaobíráme profesí asistenta pedagoga, jeho rolí, legislativními normami vztahujícími se k výkonu této profese, financování podpůrného opatření, kterým asistent pedagoga je, tak se v poslední kapitole věnujeme školským poradenským zařízením. V druhém segmentu teoretické části definujeme integraci a inkluzi, tak inkluzivní vzdělávání typologii žáků s SVP. V poslední sekci se věnujeme postoje. V empirické části vymezujeme základní cíl, a to zjistit postoje asistentů pedagoga na inkluzivní vzdělávání, včetně podcílů, ve kterých chceme identifikovat cílovou skupinu žáků, která by neměla být vzdělávána v běžném vzdělávacím proudu z pohledu asistentů pedagogů, významné bariéry vykovávání profese asistenta pedagoga, tak zjistit motivaci asistentů pedagogů k výkonu profese z hlediska budoucnosti. Účastníky dotazníkového šetření jsou asistenti pedagogů ze škol základních, tak speciálních a praktických škol na území Ústí nad Labem.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis entitled The Attitude of Teachers' Assistants of Elementary School and Elementary School Practical to Inclusive Education is generally focused on finding out the attitudes of teaching assistants towards this modern type of education. In the theoretical part of the thesis we deal with the profession of teacher's assistant, his role, legislative norms related to the performance of this profession, financing of the support measure by which the teacher's assistant is, so in the last chapter we focus on school counseling facilities. In the second segment of the theoretical part, we define integration and inclusion, and inclusive education, the typology of pupils with specific education needs. In the last section we look at attitudes. In the empirical part, we define the basic goal, namely to find out the attitudes of the teaching assistants to inclusive education, including the goals in which we want to identify the target group of pupils who should not be educated in the regular educational stream from the perspective of pedagogical assistants, significant barriers to the forging of the teaching assistant profession, to find out the motivation of teaching assistants to pursue the profession in the future. Teachers of teachers from primary and special schools and practical schools in Ústí nad Labem are the participants of the questionnaire survey.
