Financial stability of a company and its evaluation

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést finanční analýzu vybrané společnosti, poté její finanční stabilitu zhodnotit a navrhnout případná zlepšení. Pro svoji bakalářskou práci jsem si vybrala českou společnost, která je největším distributorem lithium fosfátových LiFePO4 průmyslových baterií v Evropě. Jedná se o ryze českou firmou s českým kapitálem, jenž zastupuje všechny tři přední výrobce těchto technologicky nejvyspělejších baterií – Winston Thundersky, CALB a Sinopoly. Společnost také zajišťuje kompletní řešení energetické soběstačnosti realizačního projektu Český soběstačný dům. První, teoretická část, popisuje nástroje finanční analýzy, díky kterým můžeme zjistit finanční zdraví firmy a její stabilitu. Druhá, praktická část, je věnována představení společnosti a následné aplikaci finančních metod na vybrané účetní výkazy za roky 2016 až 2020. Závěr této bakalářské práce je věnován shrnutí výsledků z provedené finanční analýzy a doporučením, která by mohla zlepšit finanční situaci firmy.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to perform a financial analysis of a selected company, then evaluate its financial stability and suggest possible improvements. For my bachelor's thesis, I chose a Czech company, which is the largest distributor of lithium phosphate LiFePO4 industrial batteries in Europe. It is a purely Czech company with Czech capital, which represents all three leading manufacturers of these most technologically advanced batteries - Winston Thundersky, CALB and Sinopoly. The company also provides a complete solution for energy self-sufficiency in the implementation project of the Czech Self-Sufficiency House. The first, theoretical part, describes the tools of financial analysis, thanks to which we can determine the financial health of the company and its stability. The second, practical part, is devoted to the introduction of the company and the subsequent application of financial methods to selected financial statements for the years 2016 to 2020. The conclusion of this bachelor thesis is devoted to a summary of the results of the financial analysis and recommendations that could improve the financial situation of the company.
