Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou duševní hygieny porodních asistentek. Je prací teoreticko-výzkumnou. Dělí se na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na problematiku duševní hygieny, stresu, syndromu vyhoření, životního stylu, popisuje některé metody relaxace. My Bachelor work is concerned with problems of midwives? mental hygiene. It is theoretical work and development. It´s divided into two parts, theroretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on questions of mental hygiene, stress, burnout, life style and it describes some relaxation methods as well.
