Ve své diplomové práci jsem se zabýval analýzou bakteriální DNA ve fágových částicích a přenosem plazmidové DNA prostřednictvím transdukce. Ve svých experimentech jsem pracoval s kmeny Staphylococus aureus rezistentními k methicilinu. Abstract:
My diploma thesis was focused on analysis of bacterial DNA in phage particles and transfer of plasmid DNA by transduction. In my experiments I used methicillin-resistant strains of Staphylococcus aureus. Presence of staphylococcal chromosomal cassette carrying resistance-coding determinant wasn't proved in phage particles.
