Řízení zpětných materiálových toků v dodavatelských řetězcích

Reverse logistics in supply chains
Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce je řízení zpětných materiálových toků. Teoretická část je přehledem dosavadních poznatků v této oblasti. Praktická část práce je realizována ve společnosti Tesco Stores ČR a.s. Cílem práce je analyzovat systém řízení zpětných toků vratných přepravních obalů, nalézt slabé místo tohoto řízení a navrhnout opatření na zlepšení stávajícho stavu.
Abstract:
The object of the thesis is reverse logistic management. Theoretical part of the thesis summarizes present knowledges related to the topic. Practical part of the thesis is realized in Tesco Stores ČR a.s. The aim of the thesis is to analyse reverse logistic system for returnable transport packaging, to find the weakness of the system and to suggest a solutin which would improve the situation.
