Case Report of an Individual with Mild Mental Retardation

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá kazuistikou jedince s lehkou mentální retardací. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a kazuistické. V teoretické části jsou popsány pojmy lehká mentální retardace a její rozdělení, dítě s mentální retardací v ranném a předškolním věku a dítě s mentální retardací ve školním věku. Dále jsou v teoretické části uvedena podpůrná opatření u žáků s mentální retardací, plán pedagogické podpory, individuální vzdělávací plán a role asistent pedagoga. Druhá část práce se zabývá kazuistikou. V kazuistice je zpracována anamnéza osobní, rodinná, školní a uvedena zpráva z pedagogicko - psychologické poradny. Metody diagnózy je použit dotazník a rozhovor.

Abstract:

This work deals with the case study of an Individual with Mild Mental Retardation. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and case study. In the theoretical part, the concepts of mild mental retardation and its distribution, a child with Mental Retardation in early and preschool age and a child with mental retardation in school age are described. There are also support measures for pupils with Mental Retardation, a pedagogical support plan, an individual educational plan and a teacher's assistant. The second part of the thesis is the case study itself. Here we have a personal, family, school history and a report from a pedagogical-psychological consultation. The methods of diagnosis are questionnaire and interview.
