Tématem bakalářské práce je přijímání nových pracovníků. Hlavním cílem práce je zjištění průběhu přijímacího řízení ve vybraných organizacích. Dalším cílem je porovnat přijímání nových pracovníků u dvou organizací a uvést návrh na zlepšení nebo zefektivnění činností. The topic of this bachelor‘s thesis is a process of recruiting new employees. The main goal of the paper is to find out about and to describe the recruitment process in selected organizations. Another aim is to compare the recruitment procedures in two organizations and further to bring a proposal for possible improvement or higher effectiveness of the activities.
