Abstract:

ABSTRAKT KOSTELKOVÁ, Tereza. Etika v personální činnosti hotelových společností. (Bakalářská práce) Vysoká škola hotelová. Praha: 2017. 87stran. Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na etiku v personální činnosti hotelů. Zabývat se budu především interpersonálními vztahy na pracovišti. Z pohledu genderové problematiky, se zaměřením na rovnost mezi ženami a muži, na genderový mix na pracovišti, diskriminaci žen, sexual harassement a celkové postavení žen v pracovním prostředí. Mým cílem byla komplexní analýza interpersonálních vztahů na pracovišti se zaměřením na genderovou problematiku. K této analýze jsem si vybrala dotazníkové šetření a strukturovaný rozhovor, které jsem pak díky komparaci porovnávala. Díky nim jsem měla možnost zjistit, že ženy v dnešní společnosti, jsou brány lépe a bez předsudků a jejich diskriminace platová, či celková už není takovým problémem jako tomu tak bylo dříve. Abstract:

ABSTRACT Kostelková, Tereza. Ethics in staffing activities of hotel companies. (Bachleor's Dissertation), The Institute of Hospitality Management in Prague 8, Prague, Ltd: the 2017th, 87pages. The bachelor's thesis is focused on ethics in hotel personnel activities. I will deal primarily with interpersonal relationships at the workplace. From the point of view of gender issues, focusing on gender equality, gender mix in the workplace, discrimination against women, sexual harassment and the overall position of women in the work environment. My goal was a comprehensive analysis of interpersonal relationships at the workplace with a focus on gender issues. To this analysis, I chose a questionnaire survey and a structured interview, which I compared with comparison. Thanks to them, I have been able to find out that women in today's society are better and without precursors and discriminated against, or whether the overall is no longer a problem as it was before.
