Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou automatizace schvalovacího procesu online spotřebitelských úvěrů v bankovním prostředí a nebankovní firmě spolu s dopady na hospodárnost podniku. Pozornost je věnována analýze současné situace na trhu spotřebitelských úvěrů v České republice, podmínkám, principům a kontrolám v rámci schvalovacího procesu s cílem nalézt možnost plně automatického řešení. Spolu s ním přináší i doporučení z hlediska nastavení optimalizace doprovodných procesů a aktivit pro komplexní řešení zákaznické obsluhy poskytovatele spotřebitelských úvěrů. Práce zahrnuje také obecný rámec doporučení a komentářů ze současné praxe investičních projektů do podnikové informatiky vzhledem k obtížné měřitelnosti jejich efektů a přínosů, které mají dopady na hospodárnost podniku a jsou významným zdrojem klíčové konkurenční výhody. Práce je složena ze tří hlavních částí. Úvodní část se věnuje trhu spotřebitelských úvěrů, rozboru kontrol daných legislativou a řízením úvěrového rizika, které se v rámci procesu schvalování provádí. Druhá část vymezuje základní principy podnikových financí a dopady na hospodárnost podniku při řízení investičních projektů do podnikové informatiky. Je podkladem pro řízené rozhovory s odborníky z praxe v dané oblasti. Hlavní část diplomové práce je věnována analýze komplexního procesu schvalování spotřebitelského úvěru vzhledem k možnosti jej plně automatizovat spolu s hledáním řešení pro nastavení ideální zákaznické obsluhy poskytovatele. Dále vymezuje obecný rámec, komentáře a doporučení ze současné praxe z oblasti inovací a investic do podnikové informatiky.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of the automatization of approval process of online consumer credit in the banking and non-banking environment and assesses impact on the thriftiness of the company. Special focus is on the analysis of the current situation on the consumer credit market in the Czech Republic, conditions, principles and controls within the approval process in order to find possibilities of its full automatization. In addition, the thesis raises recommendations regarding the optimization settings of accompanying processes for a comprehensive solution for customer care of a consumer credit provider. Given that the effects and benefits of investments in business informatics are difficult to measure and have a significant impact on thriftiness of the company, moreover are a key source of competitive advantage, the thesis was supplemented by a general framework of recommendations and remarks from the current practice of these investment projects. The work consists of three main parts. The introductory part deals with the consumer credit market, the contradiction of controls imposed by legislation and credit risk management, which is carried out within the approval process. The second part defines the basic principles of corporate finance and the impact on the thriftiness of the company during the management of investment projects in corporate informatics. These parts create a basis for guided interviews with experts from practice in the field. The main part of the diploma thesis is devoted to the analysis of the complex process of consumer credit approval with regard to the possibility of full automatization of the process, together with seeking a solution for setting the ideal customer care of the provider. Last but not least, the thesis defines the general framework, remarks and recommendations from current practice in the field of innovation and investments in business informatics.
