Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou lidských práv, jejich členěním dle generací. Cílem práce je seznámit laickou veřejnost se vznikem, podstatou, rozdělením a ochranou lidských práv. Tomu je také podřízena struktura práce. První část nabízí vhled do vzniku a historie lidských práv. Následuje analýza podstaty lidských práv, seznámení s klasifikací lidských práv z hlediska generací. Čtvrtá kapitola představuje českou ústavněprávní regulaci lidských práv a právní zakotvení základních lidských práv v rámci Evropské unie. V závěru této kapitoly je v souvislosti s tímto tématem nastíněna problematika migrace.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of human rights, their division according to generations. The aim of this work is to acquaint the public with the inception, essence, splitting and protection of human rights. This is also subordinated to the structure of the work. The first section offers insight into the formation and history of human rights. The following is the analysis of the essence of human rights, familiarization with the classification of human rights from the point of view of generations. The fourth chapter presents the Czech constitutional regulation of human rights and the legal entrenchment of fundamental human rights within the European union. In conclusion of this chapter is in the context of this topic outlined the issues of migration.
