Práce je zaměřená na současnou právní úpravu při poskytování závazku veřejných služeb v přepravě cestujících v ČR. Zabývá se orientací právního subjektu ve stávající národní právní úpravě závazku veřejné služby v segmentu autobusové dopravy.
