Diplomová práce se zabývá surogátním (též náhradním) mateřstvím a to především jeho etickými a právními aspekty. V teoretické části je kromě nich zpracováno téma neplodnosti a asistované reprodukce jako procesy, na něž surogátní mateřství navazuje. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with a surrogate motherhood, especially its ethical and legal aspects. In addition to that, the theoretical part deals with the topic of infertility and assisted reproduction as processes followed by surrogacy.
