Abstract:

Práce se zaměřuje na online drogové komunity. Bylo zkoumáno, jaký vztah mají členové online drogové komunity k této komunitě. Dále bylo zkoumáno, jaké mohou mít adolescenti motivy účastnit se diskuze na daném diskuzním fóru a zda na základě interakce jednotlivých uživatelů vzniká online drogová komunita; k jakému účelu komunita slouží a jakou hraje komunita roli v možném konzumování drog adolescentem. Dále mě zajímalo jakou roli hraje členství v komunitě v životě adolescenta, zda komunita facilituje užívání drog a jestli by komunita jakýmkoli způsobem zprostředkovala adolescentovi drogu. Zdrojem dat byly polostrukturované rozhovory s 11 dívkami a 7 chlapci ve věkovém rozmezí 15 – 19 let. Pro analýzu rozhovorů byla použita metoda zakotvené teorie. Bylo zjištěno, že zcela klíčovou roli hraje adolescentní potřeba explorace, která se ve své podobě přenáší do online prostředí. Komunita se utváří na základě sdíleného zájmu, nikoli na pocitu členství. Adolescenti téměř neshánějí drogy přes online drogovou komunitu. Vztah členů komunity k této komunitě je popsán pěti kategoriemi: hledání autenticity, motivace sdružovat se, role komunity v životě adolescenta, utváření komunity a lidé v online drogové komunitě.

Abstract:

The work focuses on the online drug communities. It examines what kind of relationship do the members of the online drug community have towards this community. Then it examines what motives the adolescents may have to participate in the discussion on the discussion forum and whether the interaction of individual drug users creates online community; to what purpose does the community serve and what role does the community play in possible drug consuming by the adolescent. I am also wondering what is the role of the membership in community in the life of the adolescent, whether the community facilitates drug usage and whether the community could ,in any way, provide the adolescents with the drugs. The data came from semi-structured interviews with 11 girls and 7 boys aged 15 to 19 years. Grounded theory method was used for the analysis of interview. It was found that the crucial role is adolescent’s need for exploration, which in its form, is transferred to the online environment. The community is formed based on shared interests rather than on a sense of membership. Adolescents almost do not look for drugs through the online drug community. Relationship of the community members towards this community is described by five categories: the search for authenticity, motivation for association, the role of community in the life of the adolescent, the formation of communities and people in the online drug community.
