Managerial communication

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce si klade za hlavní cíl prozkoumat, zda pracovníci z různých organizací, kteří prošli koučováním kvůli jakémukoliv důvodu, si všimli vlivu koučinku na jejich celkovou výkonnost. Nadále bude zkoumáno, zda individuální koučink je efektivnější než týmový koučink při koučovacím sezení a zda koučovací metody, které využívali koučové na koučované, vyhovovaly koučovaným a byli s nimi spokojeni. Bakalářská práce bude mít jak teoretickou, tak praktickou část. V teoretické části bude podrobně rozebráno téma komunikace a koučování, včetně jejich základních principů, technik a nástrojů. V praktické části bude provedena analýza dat získaných z dotazníkového průzkumu, který byl zaslán lidem, kteří prošli koučováním a nadále vyhodnocení stanovených hypotéz, které se týkají cílů bakalářské práce. Na základě analýzy dotazníkového šetření a vyhodnocení stanovených hypotéz bude určen závěr.

Abstract:

The main aim of this bachelor's thesis is to investigate whether workers from different organizations who underwent coaching for any reason noticed the effect of coaching on their overall performance. To continue to investigate whether individual coaching is more effective than team coaching in a coaching session and whether the coaching methods used by the coaches for the coachees were suitable and satisfied with the coachees. The bachelor thesis will have both a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part, the topic of communication and coaching will be discussed in detail, including their basic principles, techniques and tools. In the practical part, the analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaire survey, which was sent to people who have undergone coaching, and the further evaluation of the established hypotheses related to the aim of the bachelor's thesis will be carried out. The conclusion will be determined based on the analysis of the questionnaire survey and the evaluation of the established hypotheses.
