Interim Measures in International Arbitration
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá předběžnými opatřeními v mezinárodním rozhodčím řízení, ať už v oblasti jejich vydávání, tak v oblasti jejich uznávání a výkonu. Jednotlivé druhy opatření a jejich parametry jsou stanoveny zpravidla právem místa konání řízení. Abstract:
The thesis is focused on interim measures in international arbitration, be it in the sphere of their issuing or in their recognition and enforcement. Particular types of measures and their attributes are laid down mostly by the law of the seat of arbitration.
