Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské diplomové práce je zpracování libreta k dosud nerealizované výstavě Zatoulaná vařečka. Cílem výstavy je představit především dětským návštěvníkům gastronomii 40. - 80. let 20. století. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí: výzkum výstav týkajících se gastronomie 40. – 80. let 20. století, konajících se od roku 2002 do roku 2012; struktura fondu Domácnost Muzea města Brna, ze kterého tato výstava vychází; stručný vývoj gastronomie od dob pravěku po současnost, s důrazem na 19. a 20. století. Poslední kapitola obsahuje stěžejní část této práce, libreto k výstavě, po které provází dětské návštěvníky kreslený Pan Vařečka.

Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor thesis is processing the design for the unimplemented exhibiton called Stray wooden spoon. The main aim of the exhibition is giving children insight into gastronomy 40. – 80. years 20. century. Bachelor thesis has four parts: research of exhibitions related to gastronomy 40. – 80. years 20. century, taking place from 2002 to 2012; structure of the Brno City Museum collection called Household, which is the background for the exhibition; brief development of gastronomy from prehistory till nowadays, with putting emphasis on 19. and 20. century. Last chapter contains a main part of the thesis – the design of the exhibition, where Mr. Spoon. is an animated guide for children visitors.
